The cost of your cleaning service will depend on a few things:
We don't charge an hourly rate for our cleaning jobs. When you contact us, we'll provide an estimated price range from a description, pictures and/or online images. After an inspection, we'll provide you with a quotation for the service.
We call on a variety of different methods to ensure that we can reach and clean hard to access areas on any property. Building, Window, Gutter and Solar Panel cleaning services all have extension pole cleaning methods available to allow us to clean tricky/high areas from the safety of the ground or another removed position.
When a work positioning system is required, we employ the use of boom lifts, scissor lifts and travel towers to reach higher points. From this elevated position we can then use hand tools or extension tools to effectively and safely clean the area(s) required.
When roof access is necessary, we use fall restraint methods with harnesses to ensure a safe work environment. These options require access to the roof of your property along with a roof safety system which should already be installed, however where this is not so, we can use our temporary anchor systems to ensure compliance.
For the highest or trickiest buildings, where applicable we use industrial rope access or abseiling methods to repel and access the building’s facade to undertake the cleaning service.

Our team can provide all our cleaning services for business, commercial, industrial and residential occupied premises. Whether you have a shop front, office building, apartment complex or warehouse, we can help you get it sparkling clean.
Generally, we undertake the cleaning service during daylight hours Monday to Friday and Saturdays by request or where required. We are both polite and efficient in our operations and always where possible work to minimise the impact of our service undertaking on the business or buildings normal daily proceedings. We can also provide out of hours work where required. We are also very self-sufficient, meaning that there is very little required to prepare for our arrival providing that any valuables or vehicles are not blocking access for cleaning and that there is access as required to door(s) and roof hatch(s), etc.
