The process of gutter cleaning involves ridding a building’s stormwater system of organic build-up (usually leaves and other organic matter). The Bax Clean services aim to remove all organic matter from the drainage system and dispose of it safely.
To do this, we remove the solid residues from the gutter - either by placing them in bags or by using our gutter vacuum system. Once completed, we take the waste back to our depot for safe and lawful disposal. Sometimes, water is also used to flush the system. However, no harmful chemicals are used in this process.
At Bax Clean, we take the disposal and transportation of waste very seriously. Therefore, any waste captured from exterior cleaning services is controlled on the property or removed from the site. This includes any material we remove from your property’s gutters.
Suppose high volumes of liquids containing chemicals are generated throughout the clean. In that case, it is recommended that an appropriately authorised (EPA) waste contractor be brought in to remove the material from the site and dispose of it lawfully. We will help you with this process.
