Who is responsible for cleaning windows: landlord or tenant?
The rental agreement governs the relationship between a landlord and tenant. On entry into an agreement the landlord is responsible for the cleanliness of the property. But during occupation and on exit of the property, it is normally the tenant who cleans the windows.
